Does Race Affect Practitioner Appraisal?

This article explores possible reasons for the lower incidence of Black people being diagnosed with PD versus those who are White. The authors suggest hypomimia as one of the signs of PD that may be under-recognized in Black patients due to bias of the clinician. This is a compelling area to explore for individual reflection or team discussion.
