The training, knowledge & skills required for APPs to provide excellent care to persons living with movement disorders is rarely provided in the field. 

The scope AMDAPP’s Onboarding Initiative, while geared toward APPs who are new to the specialty, ensures all APPs working in movement will find use in the resources available.  Whethere you are a student or a seasoned practitioner there is something for you. A key component is the AMDAPP Launchpad, providing a range of learning; from brief videos and references sheets to carefully selected academic journal articles, CME learning and other materials.

The onboarding Initiative and AMDAPP Launchpad are developed under the supervision of movement APPs and MDS physicians. Please see below for our current committee members.
